Who we are
Kitt's Picks is a private, non-commercial NBA game-prediction tool run by two friends for a small invited group.
Contact: kitts-picks-support@googlegroups.com.
What we collect
When you sign in with Google: your name, email address, profile picture and a Google account identifier.
What you do in the app: your preferences (odds format, theme, followed teams, notification choices, stake settings), the model runs you create, the games you track, the bets you log (side, price, line, stake, note), and, when you turn notifications on, a push subscription for that browser.
Our host keeps short-lived request logs (IP address, browser, time) to run the service.
How we use it
To sign you in and show you your own runs, bets and settings; to send the notifications you turned on; to let the two admins approve access requests.
We do not sell data, show ads, or use it for anything else.
Where it is stored
In a Postgres database hosted by Neon through Vercel in the United States; the app runs on Vercel.
Who can see it
You. The two admins can see every user's model runs (never bets) and the account list (name, email, status) to manage access. A new sign-up request posts the name and email to a private Discord channel the admins use. Nothing else leaves the service.
Google provides sign-in. The browser push services (Apple, Google, Mozilla) deliver notifications and receive only an opaque subscription and the notification text. ESPN's public scoreboard provides game data and receives no user data.
Google user data
Kitt's Picks' use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We request only your basic profile (name, email, picture) to create your account.
Retention and deletion
Your data is kept while your account exists.
Email kitts-picks-support@googlegroups.com to delete your account and everything attached to it.
Push subscriptions are deleted when you turn notifications off or when they stop working.
Cookies
One session cookie keeps you signed in. No tracking cookies, no analytics.
